China Hat
Draws a cone-shaped hat just above players’ heads. Show On decides whether it goes on you, on other players, or both. Hats are drawn on your screen only, so nobody else sees them, and they show through walls.
Your own hat only shows in third person: in first person it would hang right in front of your camera, so it is skipped. Hats hide while one of the game’s menus is open.
