Purchasing
Every plan unlocks the full client. The only difference between them is how long your access lasts.

Each plan includes every module in these docs, Stream Hide and automatic updates, for one PC. Lifetime also includes every future update. Prices on citron.lol are always the current ones.
Buying a plan
Section titled “Buying a plan”- Create an account or sign in at citron.lol/#/account. See Account and devices.
- In the Get access card on your dashboard, pick a plan.
- Read the Before you buy dialog, tick both boxes and click Agree and continue.
- Pay on the Stripe checkout page.
You are sent back to your dashboard, which shows “Payment received. Your license is activating and will appear here in a moment.” Your licence activates on your account automatically; there is no key to copy. Then install Citron.
Creator codes
Section titled “Creator codes”If a creator gave you a code, you get a discount (usually 10% off):
- type it into Creator code on your dashboard before you pick a plan, or
- open the creator’s link, which fills the code in for you, or
- enter it as a promotion code on the Stripe checkout page.
The discount also applies to renewals of a Weekly or Monthly plan.
Licence keys
Section titled “Licence keys”If you were given a licence key, or bought one elsewhere, redeem it on your dashboard under Redeem license. See Redeeming a key.
How time adds up
Section titled “How time adds up”- Lifetime and licence keys add time on top of whatever you already have.
- A new Weekly or Monthly subscription starts immediately and does not stack on top of time you already have. If you still have time left, the dialog tells you how much would overlap before you pay.
- You can only run one subscription at a time. Cancel the current one under Billing before starting another.
- Buying Lifetime while subscribed cancels your subscription automatically, so you are not charged again.
- With lifetime access there is nothing left to buy; the plans show as Already yours.
Cancelling
Section titled “Cancelling”Cancel a Weekly or Monthly plan at any time under Billing on your dashboard. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again. You can resume the subscription until that period ends. See Managing your subscription.
Refunds
Section titled “Refunds”Access starts as soon as you pay. At checkout you ask for immediate access and confirm that this ends the 14-day right of withdrawal, so purchases are final once access is granted. Refunds are not given for a ban on a game server, a change of mind, or not having time to play.
