Discord
Section titled “Discord”The Citron Discord is the fastest way to get help. Open a ticket there for anything about your account, licence, payments or a bug. Announcements about updates and new Minecraft versions are posted there too.
You can also email support@citron.lol. Discord tickets are usually answered faster.
Before you ask
Section titled “Before you ask”Check Troubleshooting and the FAQ. Most problems, such as sign-in messages, injection errors and antivirus, are covered there with a fix.
What to include
Section titled “What to include”A good report gets a fast answer. Tell us:
- Your citron.lol username. Never send your password.
- The exact message Citron shows, or a screenshot of it.
- Your Minecraft version and your Citron version (both at the bottom of Citron’s Settings page).
- What you did right before the problem, and which modules were on.
For a crash, attach the crash files listed in Crashes.
